Water is so important to our daily lives. We bath with it, use it to cook, and we drink it. Without water our lives in my opinion would be dull. I would feel life less. I would have no energy at all.
Here are some benefits of drinking water. One benefit is that you will increase your energy and decrease fatigue. It removes by- products of fat and reduces your eating intake. It flushes out the toxins in your body. It improves your skin completion. It is also a natural way to stop your headache.
Halley - I like the idea of water reducing eating intake. Do you know how it does this? I'm guessing you found some good information about water on a website and reported some of what they said in your own words. If you include the LINK to where you found information, it would be helpful for your readers so they could check out the facts themselves if they wanted to. Oh - and I also like the idea of water improving skin complexion. Who wouldn't?
